Bill Wood Ventures, a venture capital investment firm that invests in the information technology sectors, and Silverton Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm that provides institutional capital and mentorship, agreed to invest in Take 2 Identity, an open source intelligence cybersecurity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
