Versorgungswerk der Zahnärztekammer Berlin agreed to invest in MAGNA Real Estate, a Hamburg project developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of the restructuring of the investment relationships, Lonepike Beteiligungen, owned by investor David Liebig, is selling the shares it holds. Liebig most recently held 45% of the shares through the Lonepike holdings and has now left the company as a board member.
