Nordlo Group to acquire SSC Networks Norge.

Nordlo Group, a provider of digitalization and managed IT services for the SME and smaller enterprise segment in the Nordics, agreed to acquire SSC Networks Norge, a IT environment in Drammen with core competencies within server and technical infrastructure operation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
