ARMOR Print Solutions to acquire THS Group.

ARMOR Print Solutions, a printing solutions company, agreed to acquire THS Group, a German specialist in solutions in printing consumables, spare parts and MPS software for photocopiers and printers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am extremely pleased with the merger between ARMOR Print Solutions and THS Group.
