National World completed the acquisitions of MNA Media and PCS Publishing for £11m.

National World, a multimedia company, completed the acquisitions of MNA Media, a regional news publisher, and PCS Publishing, a software company for publishing sector, for £11m. "These iconic and premium brands will strengthen our footprint, improving our Midlands and national rankings in UK media. Our innovations in TV and video, specialist content and our move to greater automation, will enhance the future performance of these new additions to the Group," David Montgomery, National World Chairman.
