Hub International, an insurance brokerage providing an array of property, casualty, risk management, life and health, employee benefits, investment, and wealth management products and services across North America, completed the acquisition of assets from CoverWallet, a small, online insurance provider that helps small business owners navigate the process of buying small business insurance with ease. Financial terms were not disclosed.
