Hendrickson completed the acquisition of Brunner International.

Hendrickson, a manufacturer and supplier of medium- and heavy-duty mechanical, elastomeric and air suspensions; integrated and non-integrated axle and brakes systems; tire pressure control systems; auxiliary lift axle systems; parabolic and multi-leaf springs; stabilizers; bumper; and components to the global commercial transportation industry, completed the acquisition of Brunner International, a privately owned business that manufactures components for the Commercial Vehicle, Bus and Trailer Markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited about this acquisition, as it will provide a platform for Hendrickson to expand our core competency in braking and provide additional components that will enhance our existing product portfolio.
