IQuest Enterprises completed the acquisition of the active pharmaceutical ingredients business from Viatris.

IQuest Enterprises, a privately held pharmaceutical company, completed the acquisition of the active pharmaceutical ingredients business from Viatris, a global healthcare company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited about our largest investment in the pharmaceutical sector till date.
