EMK Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Great Security from MVI Equity.

EMK Capital, a UK-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Great Security, a manufacturer of security systems based in Sweden, from MVI Equity, a venture capital and private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Partnering with Great Security for over 6 years, we are proud of what the Company has achieved. Nearing revenues of SEK1bn with good profitability we have truly managed to create a sustainable Company.
