EMK Capital, a UK-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Great Security, a manufacturer of security systems based in Sweden, from MVI Equity, a venture capital and private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Partnering with Great Security for over 6 years, we are proud of what the Company has achieved.
