Madison Dearborn Partners-backed Hobbs & Associates, a construction services company, agreed to acquire Insight Partners, a private equity firm, Bay Associates, C.G. Wood, Engineered Building Systems, Etairos HVAC, Energy Transfer Solutions, Jobe Industrial Measurement & Control, Klima New Jersey, Klima New York, The Kirkman Oliver, all companies operating in HVAC industry.
