Two Harbors Investment completed the acquisition of RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing for $23.6m.

Two Harbors Investment, a real estate investment trust that invests in residential mortgage-backed securities, mortgage servicing rights and other financial assets, completed the acquisition of RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing, a fully integrated, non-bank mortgage company, for $23.6m. “This is an exciting and transformative acquisition for our company.” Bill Greenberg, Two Harbors’ President and Chief Executive Officer.
