CFS Brands completed the acquisition of The Foodware Group from Olympus Partners.

CFS Brands, a manufacturer of products for the foodservice, healthcare, and janitorial industries, completed the acquisition of The Foodware Group, end-to-end provider of supplies to the foodservice industry, from Olympus Partners, a private equity firm.
