P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term owner, developer and manager of European logistics properties, completed the acquisition of two logistics parks located in Szczecin and Łódź from developer 7R, a developer operating in the logistic and industrial sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are continuing our strategy of diversifying our properties in all of Poland’s key markets, in order to respond quickly to our customers’ needs. The asset in Szczecin strengthens our position in the north of the country, where before now we were present in Gdańsk.
