Rollgum, a provider of waterproofing and self-adhesive EPDM membranes for construction purposes, completed the acquisition of a Spanish business from BOSIG, an offeror of sealing technology, acoustics, plate technique, elastomer technology, and pitched roof accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed.
