Rubicon Partners completed the acquisition O&S Doors.

Rubicon Partners, an investment company with a focus on acquiring and operating industrial businesses, completed the acquisition OS Doors, a designer and manufacturer of kitchen doors across the UK and Ireland, from Sun Capital, a global investment firm focused on leveraged buyouts, equity, debt, and other investments. Financial terms were not disclosed.
