Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, a company that specializes in directed-energy weapons, unmanned systems, satellite communications, cyber security/warfare, microwave electronics, missile defense, training and combat systems, completed the acquisition of Sierra Technical Services, a company that provides the aerospace and defense industry concept design, digital engineering, manufacturing, and test capability, for $27.3m. “Kratos and Sierra have worked successfully together for years.
