Lee Equity Partners-backed Solaris Health completed the acquisition of Urologic Specialists of Northwest Indiana.

Lee Equity Partners-backed Solaris Health, a healthcare platform committed to enhance access to specialty healthcare and continually improve patient outcomes, completed the acquisition of Urologic Specialists of Northwest Indiana, a provider of cancer care, telehealth, dispensary, and urological services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By scaling up with Solaris we will be able to continually elevate the quality of care we provide to our patients while preserving our autonomy.
