Dacke Industri completed the acquisition of majority stake in MecVel.

Dacke Industri, an investment company, completed the acquisition of majority stake in MecVel, a manufacturer and developer in the linear automation field of electric linear actuators and mechanical screw jacks. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of MecVel marks an important milestone in Dacke Industri´s history and is an important step to realize our strategy and strengthen our presence on the European market. By acquiring MecVel we can grow our team of skilled people with in-depth knowledge about the industry within our division,” Mika Virtanen, Dacke Industri VP Air Technology & Electromechanics.
