Sabanci Renewables completed the acquisition of Oriana Solar from Advanced Power.

Sabanci Renewables, a power plant owner and operator, completed the acquisition of Oriana Solar, a solar energy company, from Advanced Power, a company that manages low-carbon and renewable energy projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This second transaction with Sabanci demonstrates another of our team’s core strengths. We commit to delivering value and our results create long-term relationships. We are excited to continue working with Sabanci and successfully transition Oriana Solar through its final development and into construction,” Thomas Spang, Advanced Power CEO.
