Sabanci Renewables, a power plant owner and operator, completed the acquisition of Oriana Solar, a solar energy company, from Advanced Power, a company that manages low-carbon and renewable energy projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This second transaction with Sabanci demonstrates another of our team’s core strengths.
