PTC, developer of technology solutions, comprised of software and services, completed the acquisition of pure-systems, a provider of software solutions for product line and variant management. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of pure-systems adds important functionality to our ALM suite that is critical to manufacturers around the world.
