ASSA ABLOY completed the acquisition of Securitech Group.

ASSA ABLOY, a conglomerate whose offerings include products and services related to locks, doors, gates, and entrance automation, completed the acquisition of Securitech Group, a manufacturer of high-security mechanical and electronic door hardware products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Securitech's focus on innovative, high-security locking solutions fills several gaps in our existing door hardware portfolio and I'm excited for them to be part of ASSA ABLOY.
