Fidinam Group Holding, a private consulting firm, and Swiss Finance & Property Group, a company specializing in real estate and infrastructure investments, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Erop Generation, a new real estate group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The goal of the founders, who have been active in the real estate development sector for many years, is to create a group with multidisciplinary expertise that can become a platform for investments in the real estate business, operating throughout the Swiss market.
