Crédit Agricole completed the acquisition of Hiflow from Hi Inov Dentressangle.

Crédit Agricole, a French international banking group, completed the acquisition of Hiflow, a vehicle transport solution for professionals, from Hi Inov Dentressangle, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Hi Inov has been involved in all our major strategic decisions.
