Patria Investments-backed IceStar, a refrigerated logistics company with operations in Latin America, completed the acquisition of Megafin, a provider of frozen, refrigerated and uncontrolled temperature storage for food products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The transaction lays the foundations for IceStar's entry into Colombia and constitutes its first step to build a cold chain network in the main food producing and consuming regions of the country," IceStar.
