PEXA to acquire Smoove for £31m.

PEXA, a digital property settlements platform, agreed to acquire Smoove, a technology agency that provides property searches to various technological services, for £31m. “The acquisition is aligned with PEXA Group’s strategy of enhancing and leveraging our property exchange know-how to deliver growth from different markets, including in other Torrens title jurisdictions, starting with the UK," Glenn King, PEXA Group CEO and Managing Director.
