GIP Stetson completed the acquisition of a stake in EnLink Midstream Partners and EnLink Midstream from Devon Energy.

GIP Stetson, an investment of infrastructure private equity company, completed the acquisition of a stake in EnLink Midstream Partners, a midstream energy company, and EnLink Midstream, an independent midstream energy services company, from Devon Energy, an independent energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
