Ballingslöv International to acquire DANKÜCHEN.

Ballingslöv International, a kitchen supply store, agreed to acquire DANKÜCHEN, a kitchen manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. Ballingslöv International is a major kitchen furniture manufacturer in Europe with brands such as Ballingslöv, Kvik, JKE Design, Drømmekjøkkenet, Multiform, Paula Rosa Manhattan and the worktop manufacturer DFI-Geisler, currently employing around 1.3k people and generating sales of approximately €480m in the last financial year. Ballingslöv International is part of the family-owned Stena Group, which had a turnover of around €5bn in 2022 and employs around 17k people.
