Węglokoks completed the acquisition of a 80% stake in Port Północny from Sea-Invest.

Węglokoks, a capital group comprising companies from the steel, energy, and logistics sectors, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Port Północny, a property and port infrastructure management company from Sea-Invest. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am proud that together with Węglokoks, we will pursue our strategic goals, i.e. ensuring the energy security of the Polish state," Łukasz Malinowski, Port of Gdańsk President.
