EMPWR completed the acquisition of Vurense Snack Industrie from y Hearthside Food Solutions.

EMPWR, a functional nutrition bars producer, completed the acquisition of Vurense Snack Industrie, a bar manufacturing business, from Hearthside Food Solutions, a food products manufacturer.
