Essent to acquire Equans Energy Solutions from Equans.

Essent, a supplier of electricity and gas in the Netherlands, agreed to acquire Equans Energy Solutions, a provider of Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage and end-to-end solutions to households and businesses, from Equans, a multi-technical services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Equans Energy Solutions aligns with Essent's ambition to help everyone take the next step in energy transition.
