Goldman Sachs, IK Partners and VIA equity-backed Advania, a tech company, agreed to acquire RTS Group, an advisory partner with expertise in IT infrastructure and digitalization. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It's truly exciting to have the entire RTS team join Advania on our growth journey in Sweden.
