Elcee completed the acquisition of Prins Metallurgische Producten from Metallurgie for €23m.

Elcee, a fabless supplier of mechanical components and assemblies for a wide range of industries, completed the acquisition of Prins Metallurgische Producten, a metal construction company, from Metallurgie, a private limited liability company with ordinary structure that operates within the financial holding companies industry, for €23m.
