Falck, a company offering medical services, completed the acquisition of Hejdoktor, a digital platform that connects users with doctors and healthcare specialists, from Medconnect, a provider of quality cloud-based healthcare software solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the acquisition of Hejdoktor, we are making another strategic investment in advancing digital health solutions.
