Blackstone Real Estate Partners completed the acquisition of a portfolio of ten industrial properties from AKF.

Blackstone Real Estate Partners, a company that provides investment management and advisory services, completed the acquisition of a portfolio of ten industrial properties from AKF, a developer, manager and operator of a sizeable portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Denmark with a particular focus on Greater Copenhagen. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have found a buyer that is able to continue to develop and manage the portfolio. For AKF, the divestment entails a substantial liquidity boost, and we are therefore ready to venture into new, exciting projects,” Ino Dimsits, AKF CEO.
