Godspeed Capital completed the acquisition of Cyberspace Solutions from Illuminate Operations.

Godspeed Capital, a lower middle-market Defense & Government services, solutions, and technology-focused private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of Cyberspace Solutions, an information technology government contracting business, from Illuminate Operations, a provider of mission-critical all-source intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance research and analysis. Financial terms were not disclosed.
