Arcline Investment Management to acquire Hartzell Aviation from Tailwind Technologies.

Arcline Investment Management, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Hartzell Aviation, an aerospace company, from Tailwind Technologies, a transportation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our family has been blessed to be the stewards of Hartzell Aviation for 37 years.
