JENSEN-GROUP completed the acquisition of Ole Almeborg.

JENSEN-GROUP, a supplier to the heavy-duty laundry industry, completed the acquisition of Ole Almeborg, a manufacturer of internal handling equipment, offers both standard and customized solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Ole Almeborg was founded by my father in 1967, and I celebrated my own 40th anniversary with the company in 2021. Our industry has undergone significant changes, and I have therefore decided that it's time to secure the future of Ole Almeborg. Over the past few years, I have explored opportunities for a sale. It is important to me that the company remains in Bornholm's hands and, most importantly, that all jobs are preserved. Therefore, the sale to Jensen-Group was an obvious opportunity I couldn't refuse," Michael Almeborg, Ole Almeborg Owner.
