Skyservice Business Aviation completed the acquisition of fixed-based operators in Miami Opa-Locka and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airports from Fontainebleau Aviation.

Skyservice Business Aviation, a company performing all types of maintenance, repair and overhaul services as well as avionics installation and servicing on a wide range of aircraft, completed the acquisition of fixed-based operators in Miami Opa-Locka and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airports from Fontainebleau Aviation, a company that provides fuel services, onsite customs support, aircraft maintenance, and detail. Financial terms were not disclosed.
