Solix-backed Geveko Markings, a pavement markings specialist, completed the acquisition of traffic solutions business in Australia and New Zealand from PPG Industries, a global supplier of paints, coatings, optical products, specialty materials, chemicals, glass, and fiberglass. Financial terms were not disclosed.
