Equine Care Group, an international provider of high-quality equine care through specialised horse clinics, ambulatory care and food/supplements, completed the acquisition of Equine Sports Medicine & Surgery, a provider of physiology, clinical context, together with a detailed review of all diseases affecting athletic horses. Financial terms were not disclosed.
