Geo Energy Resources, a coal mining group in Indonesia, completed the acquisition of a 58.65% stake in Golden Eagle Energy, a company that engages in the industry of restaurants and entertainment as well as industrial mining. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transformational acquisition propels Geo Energy to greater heights and strengthens its position in the Indonesian coal market and surrounding regions as one of the top coal players in Indonesia.
