Allianz Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of 297 MW photovoltaic energy projects from Grenergy, an independent producer of energy from renewable sources, for €271m. "We are delighted to announce our first major agreement with Allianz Capital Partners, which underscores the trust placed in us by leading companies.
