Henry Ford Health and Ascension to form a joint venture.

Henry Ford Health, a health care and medical services provider in the Southwest Detroit region, and Ascension, a private healthcare system, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Together we can expand healthcare services and deliver innovations in care — from prevention and early detection through the treatment of complex conditions — to more people and communities across our state, including those who are most vulnerable.
