Tokyu Land completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Solaer Energias La Trucha.

Tokyu Land, a comprehensive real estate company that operates an urban development business, a residential business, and a wellness business, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Solaer Energias La Trucha, an owner of the photovoltaic energy project named “Manzanares” located in Ciudad Real with a power generation capacity of 39.9 MW. Financial terms were not disclosed.
