Frontenac Partners, Prime Foods and Chan & Chan formed a joint venture.

Frontenac Partners, a private equity firm, Prime Foods, an Asian food manufacturing business, and Chan & Chan, a manufacturer and importer of Chinese and Asian-style products, formed a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am excited to partner with Howard and the Frontenac team as we embark on the next stage of growth for CCI Prime.
