Microba Life Sciences completed the acquisition of Invivo Clinical for £11m.

Microba Life Sciences, an Australian publicly listed company engaged in the discovery and development of therapeutics for major chronic diseases and delivers gut microbiome testing service, completed the acquisition of Invivo Clinical, a UK microbiome wellness testing space, for £11m. The acquisition will help Microba establish a leading position in microbiome testing, with an established customer and geographical base in the UK and deep access to the UK healthcare market spanning both private practice and the public NHS environment.
