OSI Group completed the acquisition of IQI Trusted Petfood from Egeria Private Equity.

OSI Group, a global supplier of custom value-added beef, poultry, pork, vegetable, and other food products, completed the acquisition of IQI Trusted Petfood, a global provider of premium pet food ingredients, from Egeria Private Equity, an independent investment company that focuses on long-term value growth through entrepreneurial partnerships. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This step will greatly benefit our supply partners and customers.
