Ekco completed the acquisition of Radius Technologies.

Ekco, a cloud and security services provider, completed the acquisition of Radius Technologies, an MSP that specialises in end-to-end IT services for small to medium-sized businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re delighted to add a strong business like Radius technology to the group. We see a great fit between their people, their services and their customer base and the existing operations we have in the Irish market. Radius now gives us an additional regional presence with their head office in Waterford and a Cork office. For the Radius customer base we can introduce our extensive cyber security services through our 24/7 manned Security Operations Centre in Citywest Dublin.
