Everfield completed the acquisition of Visioglobe.

Everfield, a long-term investor and accelerator for established software companies, completed the acquisition of Visioglobe, a provider of solutions for indoor mapping and way finding. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Visioglobe is a strong addition to our growing portfolio of companies at Everfield.
