Green Landscaping Group to acquire Rainer Gartengestaltung & Landschaftsbau.

Green Landscaping Group, a landscaping company that provides park management, construction, and landscaping services, agreed to acquire Rainer Gartengestaltung & Landschaftsbau, a provider of outdoor ground management and landscaping services.
